Terms and Conditions
To our customers:
- We are a non-profit organization that is very customer service oriented. We will always provide you with exceptional service.
- Your satisfaction with our products and services is very important to us, so please don’t hesitate to ask us any questions or if you have any concerns.
- Please remember that ALL of our profits will be donated to children’s charitable organizations, so your feedback and support is very important to us. We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and services and we guarantee your satisfaction.
- In the rare event things go wrong, please reach out to us and we will make it right.
Shipping:
- Orders received by 2:00PM Arizona time (Mountain Time) will ship the same day. Our business hours are 9:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday.
- Orders received on the weekends or on holidays will ship the next business day.
- We offer FREE shipping on all of our products.
- All orders will be shipped through USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail or UPS Ground Shipping depending on your order. All orders received by 2:00pm Arizona time will ship the same day. Estimated time of delivery is 2-4 business days.
- Once the order is shipped, the customer will be provided with a tracking number. If the customer doesn’t receive the product within 4 days of placing the order, the customer needs to email us and we will handle promptly.
- Please consider any shipping or transit time offered to you only as an estimate that is given to us by the shipping company. We will do our best to get the product to you as soon as possible, however, Kids Rising is not liable for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstance, such as, weather, natural disasters or carrier’s issues.
Returns, Warranty and Refunds
- Your satisfaction is very important to us, so we offer FREE returns and exchanges for defective or malfunctioning products, or if the product quality or appearance doesn’t meet expectations.
- All warranty inquiries must be communicated via email. Please email us any issues or concerns at Info@Kidsrisingup.org.
- Warranties terms are always listed in the product description area. If the customer experiences product failure within the warranty period, the customer must contact us via email to report the issue. A free exchange will be issued within 24/48 of receiving any warranty issues. Customers will not pay for any shipping fees for any products covered under our warranty. If customer is asked to ship back the defective product, we will cover the shipping as well. Warranty does not cover refunds.
- In the event the customer orders the wrong item or wishes to cancel the order for any reason, we must be notified immediately after placing the order to be able to cancel the order before we ship and issue a refund. Refunds will be issued the next business day due to having to wait for the credit card transactions to settle for that day to enable us to access the transaction and issue the refund.
- Refunds for orders that are already shipped can’t be issued until we get the product back. Please note All orders received by 2:00pm will be shipped the same day!
- Payment methods: We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MC, Discover and AMEX. There is no additional fees or charges associated with your credit card payments.

We use this information to process your orders, and to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.
